The Bestial Sanctum is a hidden location in Dragonbarrow that can be reached by exploring the northeastern part of the region through Caelid. Killing each of these creatures will earn you around 1,000 runes. These usually involve defeating small, robed creatures that move around carrying chains. The most efficient way to farm runes here is to complete the dungeon’s optional objectives.
Players can farm these runes by defeating enemies and breaking open crates and barrels. While the dungeon can be challenging, it’s also an excellent source of runes. It’s home to a variety of enemies and several powerful bosses. The Bestial Sanctum is one of the first dungeons players will encounter in Elden Ring.
